*Responsible for financial and administrative affairs in Multipurpose Community Resource Center (M.C.R.C) Nablus, September 2007 – to February 2012 . Tasks OF (MCRC)

Provide support and first review of Partner.

Bank reconciliation and balancing records, and follow-up to the bank statements and reconciled with the accounts of the Centre. Work on the ashamel program for the accounting.

Maintain subgrant financial files, process sub-award payments and reconcile sub grant financial tracking to general ledger reports.

Track financial reports submissions and Partner’s payments, and update Partner Trackers.

Make sure that reports and all supporting documentation is prepared and filed according to MC procedures.

Quality of preparing reports: final reports, progress exports, financial statements and other reports . Financial Management information reports to the Center and Projects to Senior Management Team, and different Donors and Partners. Filing, keeping budget and keeping books and any other duties from Manager. Assist in the training and support for local NGOs, including answering daily questions, training new hires, making visits to Partners offices, etc. Assist the Finance Managers in responding to audit inquiries and requests for financial informations

To know and be familiar with the sub grant manual, field finance Maintenance of Fixed Assets and Brand items stock Teamwork and contribution to the broader work of the organization.

* Working with the Family Defense Society (FDS) as an accountant for it and all its branches in the period between September 2004 up to the 31/12/2005 in One of the projects (FDS) .
