Managed Phase 1 of JDE upgrade. Migrated Global Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Finance in 3 US and 3 European facilities in 8-month time frame. Project came in on time under aggressive implementation Schedule. Not a single order was delayed or missed.

Interface design and maintenance. Warehouses did not go with Phase 1 of the upgrade. Designed and maintained Sales and Inventory interfaces between XE and 9.1 until Phase II of the XE to 9.1 upgrade was scheduled and implemented. Interfaces maintained +98% inventory integrity.

European process/JDE Interface Design and implementation of Proship/SPSI Freight Rating Software. This results in +$150,000 freight cost savings in the first year.

Designed any country specific business requirements in JDE. Project successfully finished on-time and within budget.

Business re-design lead, training, testing, and application configuration lead for the transition from DSI warehouse bar coding system to RFSmart. The entire project budget was $500,000 and took 10 months to implement. The RFSmart implementation increased efficiency and allowed for the accusation of two new product lines (approx. 14,000 SKUs) without the addition of any personnel to operations.

Managed roll-out that took the US based RFSmart Bar Coding system and implemented it at Wright’s other 9 sites in 6 countries. The roll-out took 6 months. I was the on-site designer, trainer/tester, implementer, and post go live support.

Technical manager for implementation of Salesforce.com consisting of two internal developers and two third party developers. Project was $250,000 with duration of 6 months. Phase 1 finished on time and on budget.

Managed two direct European IT reports and assisted in the day-to-day operational support and European operations of 30 Customer Service and Warehouse departments.
