Marie Sottosanti is an experienced customer service, customer satisfaction and front line, first-point-of-contact professional, with a historical specialty in banking – but applicable to any organization requiring strength in the customer service area. She is also an experienced entrepreneur, and so, understands the bigger picture of profit/loss and the importance of exceptional customer service.
Corporate Experience: Meridian Bank, Fulton Bank, Santander Bank
Functioned as a teller/head teller; however, Marie’s experienced also involved responsibilities far beyond the norm, including loan origination assistant, branch help-desk, teller line/shift management, ATM custodian, vault custodian, etc. Her focus was always on the customer service/customer satisfaction function, and she received many accolades for her work.
As an entrepreneur, between her banking employment, Marie founded, owned and operated “A Fresh Start Painting,” a contract painting firm that specialized in interior painting and faux finishes. As such, she had complete responsibility for operations, marketing, customer service/satisfaction and employee relations.
Community Involvement
Beginning with her employment at Meridian Bank, Marie has been consistently active in community organizations and initiatives, including the creation of the West Reading Improvement Plan, Habitat for Humanity, Boy Scouts of America, United Way and the Muhlenberg School District.
