With over a decade of hands-on experience in the social development sector, I have collaborated with diverse organizations on a wide range of impactful projects. My work spans advocating for migrant labor policy reforms, developing welfare strategies for the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Board, enhancing urban governance and public policy frameworks, improving institutional care standards, refining educational pedagogy, and facilitating capacity-building programs.
