• Performed administrative support functions such as answering phone calls to screen for management or complete myself, managing email correspondence and follow ups for multiple inboxes, managing staff and tour calendars for multiple properties, planning and scheduling meetings (interdepartmental, resident facing, and virtual consults), creating spreadsheets implemented regionally, reconciling accounts, and creating streamlined practices to improve administrative/departmental efficiencies.

• Performed leasing duties including physical tours, virtual tours, and closing sales for current and prospective residents.
