• Driving Performance Improvement: Developed financial reporting and analysis leading to improved accountability for appropriate Key Performance Indicators, such as cost be customer, cost per operational performance, and cost per asset, etc. These data elements held the business operators accountable for efficiency and identified areas for improvement. Over five years of using this KPI information and accountability the cost of operating the Swift academies was reduced by 71%.
