Production Management

Managing overall production operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishments of production targets within the time and cost parameters.

Overseeing effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.

Devising & effectuating SOP s as per documents and records as well as training and upgrading skills of workers & engineers.

Ensuring economic production and supply to external supplier and meeting targets of

VSF sale.

Process Modifications:

Overseeing process enhancement/ optimization initiatives with the view to increase efficiency of machinery by process modification and eventually reducing costs. Analyzing problems and undertaking modifications, processes and change of Machines to enhance productivity and reduce product rejections/ rework.

Standardizing planning system, attaining continuous improvement of systems as well as formulating/ implementing modifications for better production & plant working conditions.

Process Control:

Monitoring production processes, identifying any defects/deviations & taking corrective action. Monitor processes & identify deviations towards ensuring that the same will consistently produce products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.

Energy Conservation:

Monitoring implementation of energy conservation initiatives to ensure operations within budgeted parameters and minimize wastage. Conducting regular energy audits to ensure adherence to pre-set norms.
