a. Finance Officer at Moore Afghanistan – Kabul, Afghanistan: April 2023 to In- Progress

I am working with Moore Afghanistan as Research Officer, I primarily focus on data collection, data quality checks, call-backs, and conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in the field. My responsibilities include ensuring accurate and reliable data collection methods, conducting thorough quality checks on collected data, making call-backs to respondents for additional information or clarification, and conducting in-depth interviews and group discussions to gather valuable insights. I work closely with the Moore Afghanistan technical team and follow the direction of the Team Lead to contribute effectively to the research objectives. b. Senior M&E Officer at Adroit Association Consultancy Services – Kabul, Afghanistan: October 2021 to December 2022

I served Adroit Associates in the capacity of Senior M&E Officer and undertook data transcription, field management, data analysis, and data quality assurance and control before, during, and after the data collection phases. I used Kobo Toolbox while transcribing questionnaires, including I was using SPSS and ATLAS.ti for both quality and quantitative data analysis.
