I took calls and processed orders. I even did a lot of customer care call and that means when a customer had a problem with a shipment or payment processing I would search to find and solve the problem so customer service would not have to. There was a few call I could not help so I had to transfer them to customer service to get them to help. Once an order was so advanced into our system was usually the only time I had to transfer them. I also processed customer’s credit and debit cards. There was plenty of times I had to help look for certain packages and items for a customer.
