Spotting Opportunity.
For a long time a huge pool of consumers and senders of packages felt underserved by the undisputed posture of the shipping giants in the delivery chain. So I started some deep thinking that like in ride-share model, Crowd shipping could upend the industry in the transportation of goods. There was this deep trend that was happening, consumers no longer want to simply tolerate these subpar services but to have a say in it as well. So we decided to offer them something different that gives them an upper hand in the delivery chain over the incumbents of the logistics industry.

Roadstar was started 6 years ago, after numerous failed attempt at launch due to design flaws, and wrong implementation of bootstrap technologies earlier on at production. It took some guts by getting rid of 4 different production teams, at 4 different times, at 4 different stages, spanning 6 years to reimagine the entire project.
Development was restarted by hiring a new team, and created a new and improved content for Sprints. At this point I had to step in as the project team lead from grounds up to completion. From hiring to Sprints, Milestones and Project execution.

Location
Call follows the caller on a landline or a mobile line. We converted CDMA to mobile line. At its peak the network had 1500 subscribers. By creating a proprietary technology that coverts CDMA into Cellular Networks, using a software based multiplexer.
Our subscribers were happy to make, and receive calls anywhere in the world by emulating a local call.
The result of this innovation led to lowering of prices of calls per minute compared to what the legacy networks and GSM network providers were offering at the time. But we as operators increased revenue by 50% at the same time lowering prices for our customers.

Executive Summary
One of my greatest strengths is identifying opportunities and connecting people and businesses, from emerging investors to government institutions and even heads of state. I facilitate these connections by creating conditions that foster a favorable business environment. For example, I successfully brought together a U.S. company and multiple African governments through a Special Purpose Vehicle I established, securing a Private Purchase Agreement that authorized the U.S. technical team to fund, manage, and operate a solar farm. I also coordinated the necessary licensing and regulatory studies with relevant private and government agencies responsible for power distribution and generation. I am currently working through my Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to on-board a major international construction firm in partnership with an African government. Isaac Imasuagbon served as the Senior Special Assistant on ICT for the LP throughout the campaign, leading the establishment of an advanced situation room by securing funding from personal contributions and campaign supporters. He meticulously assembled a top-tier IT team, conducting thorough vendor screenings
—both virtually and in-person—for mobile applications designed for voting and election purposes. His broad scope of responsibilities included organizing nationwide rallies, closely collaborating with the NEC/NWC, and spearheading high-level strategic meetings and initiatives with foreign missions and international agencies, facilitating protocol arrangements with embassies and consular authorities. Throughout the 2023 Presidential Campaign, I honed skills in strategic planning, networking, and system database management, fostering relationships across various stakeholders—interest groups, religious leaders, and the Labour Party. Leveraging the accredited voters register, I developed strategic documents, training manuals, SOPs, conducted opinion polls, and meticulously analyzed voter sentiments. This resulted in the creation of a user-friendly mobile application for polling agents, enabling real-time reporting and swift response team deployment when necessary. Nationally, my responsibilities included training 134,000 polling agents, 500 field observers, supervising 6 election supervisors, and recruiting 1,356 individuals across Edo State's 18 LGAs. Additionally, I directly managed the collection of Form EC8 from LP polling agents in the FCT during the General Election of 2023. Post-election, the available field data, obtained through real-time reporting by our polling agents, provided early indications of the election outcome. As the Convener of the TakeAction & Vote support group, which evolved into the LP's campaign brigade during the 2023 election, our achievements, despite not securing the presidency, were evident in winning the VOTE—a significant accomplishment.
