Successfully managed and executed transition from Grifols, Biomat USA to KEDPLASMA, LLC. All employee personnel files were transferred, entire staff were trained on KEDPLASMA SOP’s, new vendor contracts created, service agreements established, new marketing strategy developed and implemented, and employee pay, benefits and personal lives were not negatively impacted by transition.

Executive Summary presented to KEDRION Leadership outlining market analysis and the fair market value for donation fees to Regional Management.

In 2019, operations production improved by 24.15% by increasing donations from 16,999 in S1 2019 to 22,413 in S2 2019. Average Daily Donation total in December 2019 was highest since 2011, at 156.56

Covid Pandemic dropped donations to ~90 units per day. Increased donations by 42% from May to November 2020.

During my tenure at KEDPLASMA, LLC, I focused on developing a pipeline of leadership while expanding and improving the business. In 2019, two of my Assistant Managers have advanced to Center Management roles.
