Job Duties

Process payroll. Balance bank statements. Perform general office duties such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, maintaining records, opening, distributing and responding to mail, manage timely bill pay, creating and posting staff work schedule, general bookkeeping.

Create all reports of medical necessity or rebuttal.

Act as liaison for the staff and patients.

Oversee administrative policies/procedures and implement new ones as necessary.

Supervise and train all staff members. Hold weekly meetings with all departments, individually and monthly meetings as a group.

Schedule community events and arrange luncheons with outside representatives.

Examine claims forms and other records to determine validity of claim.

Contact insurance companies to check on status of unpaid claims.

Make all travel arrangements for out of town/state guests.
