Business Operations Analysis: I spent four weeks leading the business requirements gathering efforts for The NYPA Project and translated them into the required design documents for deployment. MS Sure Step was the guiding factor in all work performed above.

Jr. Developer: I designed and implemented several customizations, and configuration extensions to support the proper business operations/goals of The MSD CRM 4.0 platform for the NYPA. To include the deployment of Custom Logic (Plug Ins/.dll’s), Custom Workflow Assemblies, Custom Entities, as well as The Implementation and Deployment of 3rd Party Vendor Tools.

Trainer: I taught several classes to the staff of The NYPA on the proper operations of CRM 4.0. I also taught them how to use the custom modifications to their fullest potential.

Post Deployment Work: I advised and oversaw the refreshing of the production instance of their CRM deployment. This involved the “cloning” and restoration of the development SQL Database and inserting it in the place of The Production Instance.
