engineering, procurement, subcontracting, construction, testing and commissioning until final acceptance of

works as per project objective & Handover of Plant to Operations.

Reviewing tender document for the Scope of Work & raising queries for the same. Interfacing with other

disciplines to provide inputs during bid preparation.

Submission of weekly and monthly progress reports to the project managers and clients.

Management of Consultants, Vendors, third party Inspection Agency and Contractors to ensure smooth

execution of Project.

Ensuring client, Industry standards and procedures are being applied in the deliverables of the project.

Contract documents prepared must take into account international codes and standards:

API 650 for tanks, ASME VIII for pressure vessels, ASME II for materials.

Documents are prepared with a view to drafting purchasing documents, which include general specifications,

technical data sheets and purchase requests (with ITP, SDRL, etc.).

Reception and Analysis of Supplier Offers.

After selecting the supplier, all phases of engineering and construction carried out by the supplier or

manufacturer. This includes

Review, comments and approval of all manufacturing documents (before, during and after manufacturing).

Size Calculations, Planning, Routing and Erection of piping and related equipment.

Organization and participation in all technical meetings (KOM, PIM and other meetings necessary during the

project).

Overseeing, motivating and monitoring the performance of the team, ensuring quality & timeliness of

assignments & roles, and addressing any performance gaps.

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) & report

regularly on project status.

Assign project work and providing technical guidance to the project team members, inter-disciplines and
