Alpha Contracting a Columbia based company provides specialized mineral drilling and land clearing services in Central America. Provide human resource leadership and support to all levels of the organization including partnering with management to develop strategies to meet business goals, day-to-day employee relations and program management matters. Assist with sourcing, logistics, and shipping into Columbia.

Nov 2006 to April 2023– Human Resources Manager, Cabo Group Companies, Cabo Drilling Corp. is an international contracting services company with divisions in Ontario, Newfoundland, United States, Colombia, and Albania (up to 500 employees in 2008). Reporting to the President and CEO, provide leadership, strategic direction and advice on human resources and employee relations matters company wide. Provide human resource generalist support to all levels of the organization including partnering with division management to develop strategies to meet business goals, day-to-day employee relations and program management matters.
