DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing an effective Document Control System that can adapt in the complex operations for storage, distribution and archiving of construction related documentation in the project based on ISO Standards and within the Business Management System (BMS).

• Administrative support to the management team, for projects from commencement through completion.

• Manage, process and files of all technical and non-technical documents such as but not limited to Correspondence, Report, Drawings, RFI, Document Submittal, Material Submission, Contractual and handover documents etc.

• Manage the workflow to maintain and organize the filling system and computer database that supports efficient information management, both hardcopies and softcopies.

• Uploading and updating of documents for all submittals via EMDS System.

• Distribution of documents received from KEO – Circulation of submittals to KEO team and to the relevant parties.

• Maintain Master Document Registry (MDR) for all technical and non-technical documents such as but not limited to correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, RFI for both incoming and outgoing.

• Follow up the outstanding documents to reviewing engineers.

• Prepare transmittals for all outgoing submittals.

• Update the status and generate weekly and monthly reports for all submittals as per the directive of Project Manager.

• Conduct weekly backup for all the project documents.

• Ensure all superseded documents are properly identified.

• Ensure all Close out Dossier and Operation and Maintenance Manual are submitted to Operator.

• Responsible for archiving all the documents both hardcopies and softcopies.
