Chemist with more than 13 years of Survey and Quality Controller experience in Accredited Lab. Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, Inprocess inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
Accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Check the first bundle with factory team as per buyer standard SOP and correct line to proceed bulk. Coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements. SOP, compliance, and Technical support. Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.

Manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations
Have to proper plan of monthly weekly & daily alkyd production planning. Segregate the production plans as per batch.
Check all the machineries whether all are okay to run the operation or not. Set the SOPs of all the machineries. Set up all the parameters of all the RM & FGs. Responsible for the resin production.
Responsible of packing all the FGs. Ensure the safety, hygiene & proper wastage system in the plant.
Proper mechanism of waste water discharge. Plan the working roaster for the plant. Do regular maintenance of all the machineries and equipment`s.
