Led multi-member teams for USSPACECOM stand-up activities including $60M MILCON project enabling C2 activities for DoDs newest combatant command.
Lead project manager for USSF communication stand-up activities ensuring DoDs newest, space based, service component communication mission requirements.
Developed, modified, and executed $17M acquisition work statements and formulated project requirements and scopes for installation I.T. infrastructure.
Coordinated migration of 3 USSF Delta’s and 3 Field Command’s IT assets worth $10M. Ensured mission requirements for next generation space based conflicts.
Manages four squadron facilities, working with the CE Facility Utilization Board to upgrade $6M Space Force Real Property.

·Assigned to Wing Exercise Evaluation Team, oversaw base exercises, active shooter, and security vetting of personnel.
·Produced system and program specifications and established milestones which include processing steps, program layouts, interrelationships, sequences, and internal logic for over 300 special events annually.
·Established methods necessary to integrate new technology into existing architecture, identifying conflicting system interface problems and developing solutions to provide a better fan experience on game days.

·Personnel Programs Specialist responsible for civilian employee training programs, budgeting, and civilian employee development.
·Developed, updated, and maintained installation civilian education, outreach, and public affairs programs, to include awareness briefings for command, unit, and community organizations.
·Analyzed, developed, and implemented policies, standards, and HR operating procedures for Civilian Personnel.
·Responsible for all funding for civilian personnel, including a 3-million-dollar annual operating budget for training, acquisitions, and supply funds. Including oversight and management of budget and unit purchases.
