● Dynamic Results: Placed #22/120 schools in competitions due to a chain failure on the first lap of the race. One of the team members incorrectly tensioned the chain right before the race. I accepted full responsibility for the failure because we never had a team meeting on the tensioning of the chain. This chain was critical in driving the vehicle forward and in reverse and should have had a higher priority. I accepted full responsibility for the failure.
