Shift Packager. We believe your particular experience and background will serve you and the Company well. We are excited you are joining our team and are committed to supporting you in your new role. Second shift currently runs from 3:15pm – 11:45pm, Monday – Friday with overtime and weekends as necessary.

Position / Organization: You will be reporting to Jacob Karr, Production Supervisor. Your first day of employment will be TBD. You will be subject to a 90-day probationary period beginning on your date of hire.

Your offer of employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of the following:

You must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

You must present the necessary document(s) required to establish your identity and eligibility to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform Control Act of 1986 (form I-9) on or before your third day of employment

Signing the acknowledgement page of the Employee Manual Compensation: This is a non-exempt /hourly position and your hourly rate of pay will be $16.00 plus overtime for hours worked over 40. This is a weekly payroll cycle that runs Monday through Sunday and one-week behind.

Upon completion of your probationary period, you will be eligible for Company benefits as outlined below:

Vacation – 1 week after 1 year of service.

PTO – Protated first calendar year based on the month you hire in. See Human Resources.

Company paid holidays after introductory waiting period of 90 days. Benefits: The Company provides a comprehensive health plan. Employees will be eligible to participate in most benefits following 90 days of employment. A full description of the offered benefits will be provided at the time of orientation.

United Healthcare, Delta Dental and VSP vision insurance o Employee Contribution is based on tier level coverage selected for each line of coverage

Life Insurance – Basic and Accidental Death & Dismemberment – at no cost for you of 1X’s your base salary up to a maximum of $150,000

Short Term– at no cost to you at 60% of base salary to a maximum of $300.00 per week

401k retirement plan – eligibility for participation after the first of the month following three (3) months of employment.

Allowances, PTO days, cell phones, and any other benefits described in this offer are governed by company policies. In addition, the Company may change any of the benefits outlined in this employment letter at its discretion. This employment letter supersedes any prior oral or written statements and representation about your employment.
