INTERFACES FOR DIGITAL EXPERIENCES.

The purpose of our design team is to craft holistic experiences for CVS pharmacy patients to help them manage their health. These include prescription tools, health dashboards, and analytics solutions.

LEAD EXPERIENCE DESIGNER. CVS Health. NJ. March 2021-Present. FT. The purpose of our design team is to provide Verizon 5G Home Internet customers with the self-setup instructions they need to install their routers at home. I design the end-to-end interfaces for those instructions that exist on the My Verizon app.

• Write down problem statements to understand what I’m solving for .

• Build early paper prototypes and then Invision prototypes to learn fast .

• Write design documentation to explain complex processes to developers. Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, prototypes, and interfaces for account opening and loa n opening experiences that live on responsive dashboards and an iOS mobile app.

• Showing empathy is very important to me so I advocate for inclusive design an d collaborate with an accessibility expert to eliminate barriers. Responsibilities:

• Established a scalable visual language that can be reused for all types o f marketing projects.

• Partnered with stakeholders to determine the design strategy of the tools.

• For larger projects I conducted A/B testing using optimizely software. Responsibilities:

• Working in collaboration with a team of UX designers, developers and a creativ e director, I created a coherent component-based design system that includes text, video, listings, and audio modules.

• I designed a modular interface for TE Connectivity website experience.

• I evolved the web style guide and redesigned cta’s, forms, typography, navigatio n menus, and color.

LEAD EXPERIENCE DESIGNER. VERIZON. NJ. Feb. 2019- 2021. Consultant Our design team focuses on designing the account opening and loan requests experience for Chase Commercial Bank new customers. I’m crafting the end-to-end interfaces that allows users to open an account.

Edison Properties is a privately owned real estate and development firm that owns many parking lots marketed under Park Fast and storage units. SR. UX/UI DESIGNER. EDISON MARKETING. NJ. Sep 2014-Oct 2017. FT. Razorfish provides services including web development, emerging media, and advertising. I designed landing pages and a coherent style guide for the TE connectivity e-commerce website.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to understand CVS patient’s needs and goals . We achieve this by writing user stories at the start of each project.

• Discover competitor’s approaches and design best practices related to the work.

• Think and map the patient’s user journey.

• Plan the design strategy with my manager. It may include the IA, navigation, leverage of components, content, figma prototypes, and detailed design.

• Facilitate a design process that includes setting up weekly kick-off meetings t o present designs, clarify assumptions and the overall product vision.

• Attend daily stand ups, weekly design system meetings and design reviews.

• Collaborate with engineering team by consistently sharing work in progress t o align on design feasibility and components usage. QA is part of this phase.

• Write down clear design annotations and submit final designs.

• Collaborate with product owner to close design stories in Confluence.
