along with more than 9 years of experience assisting clients with urgent and persistent needs in the WIOA/JFES Program.

I am currently a WIOA /JFES Navigator at Career Resources Inc. We assist low-income for the WIOA/JFES Program. unemployed and housing-unstable clients find assistance that is not normally provided through traditional state and local agencies. Here are some of my key responsibilities:

· Organizes and conducts detailed technical meetings and conferences in order to discuss compliance matters or provide information to the regulated community.

· Provided support, guidance, and individualized services for each JFES Customer geared toward finding employment.

· Assisted customers in accessing a series of continuous services, including counseling, job training, and mental health referrals, when agreed upon, to determine employment barriers.

· Focus on attainable employment outcomes that correspond to the JFES Customer’s respective skills, interests, and abilities.

· Monitored customer progress to provide continuous and appropriate services and to refer for conciliation and sanctioning when customers fail to comply with Employment Plan activities.

My job requires that I communicate effectively and that I work to understand the unique needs of each client and their family. To do this, I commit to continuing my education and training.
