SUMMARY

I am experienced as a chef and work for Sterling Estates for almost four years and during those four years I learned valuable skills that I can use in any job. For example, communication, teamwork, and creativity. Those skills helped a lot when I decided to start to take on jobs as a remodeling contactor along side my dad. I learned there how to work on multiple projects at the same time while staying organized and kept business running smoothly. I enjoyed being able to learn from a contractor’s perspective and seeing how the things I learned in architectural drafting helped in certain situations. I am able to adapt to any situations quickly and I will constantly try to improve so i can finish my work in a timely manner.

• Learned the process of how rail is brought in to the company, processed, and the distributed to One rails client

• The main thing I do in the dismantle Rack is measure the rails and cut them to a certain measurement to then transfer it to the next station for the next part of the process
