(2) Whether a "statute-of-limitations defense" - not raised at or before trial - is reviewable on appeal? Presided as Judge at the 23rd Thurgood Marshall Moot Court (March 18, 2020), DC superior Court Case: UNITED STATES ex rel. BART SIMPSON (a qui tam relator complaint No 18CV002689).
