The project involved migrating employee populations in legacy US Airways and AA systems into a single cloud-based platform. Employees were moved based on their calc groups and airport codes. Based on the new changes user stories were written to accommodate premium rates to employees.

Collaborate with the Development and Quality Assurance (QA) team to create a systemic process to ensure employees accrued sick and vacations hours during COVID Leave of Absences adhering to Union policies
