I have completed my Certificate in Business Studies with Segi and have got solid 5+years’ experience in customer service, sales and content moderation. I am a Skilled customer service executive with Inbound and Outbound exposure. Experienced with strong coaching and relationship-building skills skilled, personal with problem solving skills and with a hardworking mentality.
