Initially brought on board to manage/lead 26 Winghouse Restaurants in all human resource functions, including recruiting, workers comp, liability, unemployment claims, investigation, discovery, and EEOC claims.
While in the role of Winghouse HR Manager, I created a complete SOP for HR and was instrumental in the creation of the general SOP.
During the realignment of the Arc Group, I became the Human Resource Manager for all of Arc Groups' brands including Applebee’s, Dicks Wings and Grill, Fat Patty's, and Tilted Kilt, for a total of 65 locations in all.
While the Arc Group Inc. continued on its realignment, I continued to manage all HR functions including all benefits (securing the broker, rates, and full employee management), workers comp., liability claims, EEOC (investigations and hearings) among other human resource functions.
