• Refreshed the Buddy Program to enhance the new hire experience while at the same time countering involuntary turnover to meet the industry standard.
• Implemented an employee wellbeing survey for 20,000 employees. First of its kind for Texas Children’s and the first engagement survey in general since 2017.

• Provided support to approximately 1,500 employees, on employee issues using current policy disciplinary actions, serving as final determinant of employee relations issues. Also, conducted New Hire Orientations, Exit Interviews and Leave of Absences. Processes layoffs and severance packages during reductions in force.
• Assisted Vice President of HR and HR Director during merger & acquisition (M&A) periods of growth, largest acquisition 150+ employees, with system integration, location visits, M&A specific "cheat sheets" for frequently asked questions (FAQs) and leadership meetings. Addressed employee concerns, one on one onboarding process, benefit and compensation set up, and cultural integration. During the initial welcome meeting, facilitates the HR presentation.
• Supported all internal customer questions, during and after onboarding and conducts weekly calls with Human Resources, Operations staff of the newly acquired company, Benefits, Payroll/Accounting to discuss integration progress to completion. Calls would continue for the first year of the acquisition.
