Position was critical for large property claim losses ($100,000+) storm mitigation determination with check writing authority for up to $50,000. Often worked Catastrophe duty in many states.

I held several positions at USAA, all were adjusting plus customer service oriented.

Retail experience, demonstrating and selling high end embroidery and sewing machines, designs and notions. Increased sales and delivery by high performance and key product drivers.
