●Experiences include: administering immunizations, digital blocking, venipuncture, interpretation of EKGs/Xray/CT/Ultrasound, splinting and casting, placement of catheters, wound care, incision and drainage, prescription and administration of medications, joint injection and aspiration, manual reductions, initiation of IV’s, examination of eyes using fluorescein staining, removal foreign bodies of the eyes and ears, CPR, cardiac defibrillation, insertion and removal of central lines, endotracheal intubation, insertion and removal of chest tubes, and lumbar puncture.
