better and be better. I am a VIP Gold timeshare owner with Wyndham Destinations and as such appreciate the
value in the vacation ownership product and believe in its virtues. While committed to hard work and
dedication, I appreciate the experiences and memories I have created throughout my ownership. Every family
should own vacation ownership because of what it can do for them. Some just believe they can't afford it, but
they can't afford not to own life is too short.
I possess a work ethic like no other. People like Shaunte Covington who is the leading In-House Executive in
Williamsburg, Dericka Warren in Training and Talent Development, Aaron Clark in Sales Leadership, and Ann
Downing in Quality Assurance can attest to the unending work ethic and passion I bring.
I am an inspirational leader. My greatest joy is in helping people and influencing not only their career success
but personal growth.
This has been the driving motivation behind my 22 years of vacation ownership experience. I began in 1998 in
a Front-Line sales position. After my 1st full year in 1999, I won for the 1st time President club award making
the company's annual vacation trip. Around 2003, I was promoted to Front Line Sales Manager and after 2
years transitioned into In House sales where I achieved Presidents Club twice. In March 2007, I was promoted
to In House Sales Manager where I motivated success daily until September 2008 when I was promoted to In
House Director of Sales. While the position of In House Sales Director was eliminated in January 2009, I
proudly returned to the position of In-House Manager to continue to develop and mentor those that I led. It was
during this transition I discovered the true power of influence not based on title but the ability to create an
incredible culture within the organization. I am a 7-time Presidents Club Winner and a Bronze Legend with the
Wyndham Vacation Ownership with 2012 being my pinnacle year at over 15 million is sales and Manager of
the Year for the organization. However, all the awards are a reflection of the incredible associates I have led
throughout my tenure. I mentored and developed numerous Sales Executives who went on to be Sales
Managers and Sales Directors throughout the company.
