Maintenance and Repairs:

Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all PMV assets. Ensure timely and cost-effective repair and maintenance of machinery and vehicles. Monitor the condition of equipment and vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of all PMV assets, maintenance activities, and expenses. Prepare regular reports on PMV operations, including asset utilization, maintenance costs, and performance metrics.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and contractors. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure quality services at competitive prices. Disposal and Replacement:

Manage the disposal of obsolete or end-of-life machinery and vehicles. Plan and execute the replacement of PMV assets in coordination with procurement and finance teams. Strategic Planning:

Participate in strategic planning to ensure PMV assets align with business goals and project requirements. Forecast future PMV needs based on project pipelines and operational growth.
