Supported design, manufacture, test, and service bulletin development for all three modifications with SOW revision, travel coordination, and FAA approval activities.
Produced ROMs for additional telecommunications upgrades on all three platforms.

Fuel System – cooling loop bulkhead fitting redesign, qualification and prototype modification; pressure surge investigation phase 1-2, problem prediction and mitigation strategy phase 1-2, main tank fuel tube redesign, nacelle fuel tube alignment and fit improvements, fuel tube alignment tool, and the fuel system modelling tool in collaboration with Boeing Houston office.

Created a Fuel System Design Improvement Roadmap to document mishaps and the reactive actions taken, then, to plan out future work to reach a proactive state to identify opportunities for improvement. Documented RIO, future tasking to include staffing and cost estimates, documented lessons learned to ensure that all improvements and efficiencies realized would be incorporated into future efforts.
Performed several TDY activities at B-1B MOBs in order to perform aircraft modifications, fit checks, develop fuel tube weld repair procedures, and investigate fuel system quality escapes by contractor field teams that lead to aircraft damage.
Submitted and executed cost saving strategy items related to model and drawing creation and release in CATIA and Enovia and collaborated with software development team to create an aircraft coordinate system representation of the entire B-1B Fuel System.
