In this pivotal role, I have taken the lead in delivering the Homemade Explosives (HME) course, crafting practical exercise scenarios and executing explosives demonstrations with precision. My leadership as Range Safety Officer and Explosives Control Officer during live fire exercises ensures that safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Having facilitated over 180 ATF HME courses, I am committed to fostering a safe and effective training environment while mentoring new instructors and guiding teams through complex operational challenges. Bomb Squad Officer, Huntsville Police Department 1995-2004 As a senior member of the Bomb Squad, I was responsible for the safe disposal of improvised explosive devices and commercial explosives. My leadership in post-blast investigations and proficiency in advanced bomb technician techniques have been integral to enhancing community safety. I also developed and led specialized training courses for law enforcement personnel, elevating the skill set of the entire team. Clearance Information

Prior to retiring from the Huntsville Police Department in 2004, I held a Top-Secret Clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, assisting in domestic terrorism and rendering safe improvised explosive devices. I also completed the ATFE Instructor Development Process Course at the National Center for Explosives Training and Research in November 2015.
