Objectives
My objective is to secure a part-time remote position from home after retirement from Appalachian State University. During my tenure at Appalachian, I acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in various tasks. These encompass business finance, state and federal tax documentation, budgeting, bookkeeping, marketing, data entry, data storage, typing, editing, program management, researching, troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office/365 and Google Workspace and many proprietary software programs. I also worked on maintaining a strong social media presence for our marketing and travel programs, payroll management, analytics, and various other valuable assets that contribute to the success of a business. I have strong customer service skills through my 40+ years of working and was entrusted with leading many international and domestic affinity group trips with Appalachian alumni. All this was done with detail and organization, and to maintain no-exception audits.
