Our process involves understanding that closer or tighter tolerances are more difficult and hence costly, to achieve o My responsibilities involve extensive work with the quality technicians in running the quality lab's measurement equipment, such as coordinate measurement machines (CMMs) o Had a 95% successful control rate for non-conformity and eliminate variation, with continuous review of processes to ensure we decrease variation with parts, adjusting control plans, and parameters, using dimensional checks, check gaps, dimensional spacing on parts, etc.

• Process Improvement: process metrics to be monitored and sampled, using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools such as run charts. Knowledge of TS16949 requirements including PPAP, PFMEA, AIAG, ANPQP, & MSA.
