3. Duties and Responsibilities: -

Preparing annual productive safety net plan

Monitor and evaluate over all PSNP activities of the woreda

Prepare payroll and attendance sheet system using pass software

Prepare procurement plan of PSNP

Prepare 5% and 15 contingency plans of the woreda.

Carry Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) before construct any project construct.

Screen Environmental and Social Managements Frame (ESMF) work and their mitigation.

Prepare overall woreda graduation plan

Coordinate woreda focal unit

Prepare over all report of PSNP to Zonal coordination and Regional Coordination office (weekly, monthly quarterly and annual) plans
