Perform all HR Administrative duties for the employees. Maintain personnel records and provide personnel services as needed. Process in new hires, terminations, promotions, salary justifications, management changes, outside contract vendors employment, open enrollment, etc. An advocate for employees and management regarding benefits, leave, FMLA, Salary Continuous, Workers Comp, Affirmative Action Plan, etc. Overall responsibility for personnel action form for employee pay actions. Owner of the recruitment process. Work with management in determining headcount employment needs. Work with outside agencies on advertisement recruitment efforts (Radio Station, billboards, Job Fairs). Work within the recruitment system (DayForce), screen applications, schedule testing, schedule Boards and Plant Manager interviews for successful candidates. Schedule drug testing, physicals, perform background checks, and I9’s.
Owner of the New Hire Integration Training Process (NHI) for new employees. NHI, 2 weeks of non-technical and technician training to ensure a successful transition before going on shift.
Overall responsibility for payroll. Ensure all employees are being paid correctly. Correct errors, pay increases, demotions, pay adjustments, schedule changes, audits, run and analyze reports. Responsible for processing the quarterly gainsharing payroll, and perform monthly and quarterly gainsharing reports for Financial Reporting.
