Express Employment Professionals/ Business Development Manager – (May 2015 to January 2018) Meet with decision makers to assess needs and secure accounts, weekly business calls along with documentation in a CMS system, Research companies and set annual plans, and coordinate appointments, Work with recruiting to fill the positions that come into the office with staffing consultants including on boarding and HR duties. Outback Steakhouse/Proprietor/Managing Partner- (March 1997-November 2011) Supervising, hiring, training a staff of approximately 65 servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, cooks, and two managers while maintaining payroll. Along with balancing nightly deposits, cash drawers, gift certificates I was also able to manage the front of house by handling customer comments and feedback in order to provide superior guest service. The property value was maintained by keeping up with monthly maintenance schedules and immediate necessary repairs. Marketing and executing special events, catering events in addition to planning private parties both on and off site. Maintaining security procedures along with required licenses and policies set by state and federal laws.

The Blaze/Sales Executive- (October 2002-September 2004) Was responsible for maintaining an established account list, prospecting and closing new clients, developing promotions and NTR events. Along with developing new prospects through cold call canvassing, attending network functions and charity events.
