Objective
To obtain an advancement in customer care to be helpful and resolve any issues and needs for the customer at best to capable ability. Just knowing and being able to play a part in fulfilling someone's expectations is a nice feeling ever. Education
I attended Wright Career College from 02/2010-01/2011 after that I decided to continue to advance my career opportunities. Also, completed my C.N.A and H.H.A at Wings Health Academy from 01/2012-2/2012 where I’m now working to better the communication experience by working in a call center environment. Which is very productive and something I really enjoy doing. I have a very flexible schedule. Willing to learn and excel at whatever I set out to achieve. Honest with a lot of confidence in what I enjoy doing as well.
