Shop competitive properties in person and over the phone, and understanding their pricing, fees, concessions, and amenities.

Develop full knowledge of application information required, understand the screening process and be familiar with the resident selection criteria.

Understand and maintain an on-going resident retention program under the direction of the Property Manager.
