**** ***** ** ****

Houston, TX 77069

With 40 yrs. total professional experience, I started my career as an intern

architect in 1982, receiving my license in the ‘90’s. I worked 20 yrs. for various

architectural firms and under my own name. My last employment as a project architect was with Kirksey architects in 1999. In 2000, I began my career on the construction side of the industry. Since that time, I have served the role individually as project manager, superintendent or the hybrid role as both, with smaller companies. This diverse experience in many roles in both architecture & the construction industry have well rounded me. I work well with owners, architects and their consulting teams, seeing projects from every members perspective involved. I seek to continue my pursuit of managing successful projects in any capacity that best serves my next employer.

Marcel Harvest Green

Marcel Harvest Green in Richmond, Texas is my most recently completed project for the Marcel Group. I performed the hybrid position of PM/Supt. taking this project from pre-bid thru finish in 18 months. This multi-use retail project was on a 9 acre site in Ft. Bend County. The project has 6 buildings and is currently 90% leased. I worked with Gensler architects on this project. At the time of this project list publication, no finish photos were available.

Marcel Gardens

Marcel Gardens in Fulshear, Texas was another project I was working on with the other Marcel team members. This project is scheduled for a finish in Summer 2025. Like the completed Harvest Green (above) this multi- use 6 acre development has 3 Marcel buildings and a fourth structure being constructed by another developer. Gensler was the architect for this project as wel

Mercedes Benz West

Mercedes Benz West in Houston, Texas was a project w/ Wier Enterprises, my second project with Wier as a PM. This 30 million dollar facility was one of 2 Sewell dealership expansions in the Houston market. This project included the conversion of an old SAMS club building into the parts, service & body shop. The showroom, offices and service drive are new structures built in front of the old warehouse in what was the old parking lot. After this project, I started and completed Sewell’s Sugar Land Audi in Sugar Land, TX.

Central Houston Audi

Central Houston Audi in Houston, Texas was a project w/ Wier Enterprises, my first project with Wier as a PM. This 20 million dollar facility was a “marqui” project for both Wier & Sonic automotive being a 7 story “high density” design. At the time of completion, this structure was slated as the largest Audi dealership in America. I took this project from pre-bid thru finish. The challenges involved in this project were many with city road closure, TxDOT approvals and a post tension cast in place concrete structure. This project launched Wier into doing work for Sewell Automotive of Dallas.
