Human Resource Officer – Four Points By Sheraton Kampala Uganda (June 2023 –to date)

• Maintained records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires,, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

• Complied staff attendance on a weekly and monthly basis using the EnQuest HCM Software.

• Scheduled appointments and interviews. Coordinated the recruitment process, identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts (Hired 215 staff for the hotel).
