· Train new medication technicians of the proper way to administer medication, especially to patients with Alzheimer’s, as well as train them to be familiar with company policies, and most importantly to teach all new staff members what is best for the residents.

· Act as a liaison with resident’s relatives and family to make them understand situations of their loved ones including sickness, and when the resident is about to expire.
