Irrigation maintenance and calibration of fertilizer systems’ Fertilizer and pest control budgeting, purchasing, and reporting to Production Director and County Ag Commissioner. Promoted numerous staff and trained into Supervisor positions from temporary labor.

This award was presented by Agromillora for writing and implementing a Respiratory Safety Protocol and Program for Pesticide Applicators and Irrigation personnel. Our group, of three departments (36 members) then created a presentation of this program for Safety Awareness within Agromillora.
