● I was a brickmasons. In this job description I had to mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation. This is to build and repair walls, floors, fireplaces, chimneys, and other structures that involve bricks. I would also carry heavy bricks to lay out patterns, forms, or foundations according to plans. This included breaking or cutting materials to required sizes. Then align structures vertically and horizontally, using a leveler following the direction of the forman. At the end of the shift I would finally clean the excess mortar with trowels and other hand tools. Field Worker

● This included working from dawn until sunset. I had to carry a ladder to the different areas of a tree to make sure all of the olives were picked. Then I would gather all my olives and dump it in buckets, each bucket was counted and charged. Interest and activities:
