Job Responsibilities

Maintenance Manager my responsibility is Leadership and Supervision Overseeing the maintenance department and managing a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff. Budget Management Managing the maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expenditure tracking. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation. Equipment and Facility Maintenance Ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition. Coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of assets. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
