1.4 OPTIMUM UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES
Responsible for ensure timely movement of surplus material from one project to another where the

1.5 MANAGEMENT OF SCAFFOLDING, SHUTTERING, JOINTS
& PLANKS
Responsible for ensure arrange timely arrangement of Mobilization/ Demobilization of Scaffolding,
Shuttering, Joints & Planks in good Working Condition
1.6 INVENTORY CONTROL
Responsible for maintaining sizeable inventory of Standard Consumable. HSE items and
E & P parts at Project Sites & Control their Inventory by monitoring adequacy of current inventory
Levels. Ensure that all time in the inventory are in a sage useable condition and does not allow any of the
Store to Receive and take on the books any unserviceable inventory
1.7 PHYSICALLY INVENTORY
Responsible for ensure regular physical inventory of all Sites Stores of IPBA Head Office and take
Corrective measures to eliminate reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
1.8 DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS/ WASTE SCRAPE MATERIAL
Responsible for arrange timely disposal of Surplus / Beyond Economical Repair (BER) material.
1.9 INSPECTION, MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT
Responsible for ensure safe handling storage, and timely calibration/ re-calibration of inspection,
Measuring and test Equipment (IMTE)
2. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
2.1 WORKING CAPITAL
Responsible for Monitoring maintenance of Inventory levels in such a way that project requirement are met but

7.Logistics
Responsible for ensure timely arrangement for hiring of transport to mobilize the material including Equipment & Plant
Responsibilities:-
1.Responsible for all material management function according to Stores Standard Operating Procedure and Method Statement including customers warehouse affairs, where applicable.
2.Responsible for make arrangements of loading, unloading, receipts, inspection, stacking, issuance, and dispatch of the material in accordance wit SOP & MS issued for stores Head Office Lahore
3.Responsible for dispatch of store document and data to concerned department within the time limit as specified by I/C Store Head Office Lahore.
4.Responsible for Checking, signing and maintaining Correct record of All inventory / Store Document
5.Responsible for ensure that stores data is processed within 24 Hours of the transaction.
6.Responsible for ensure the correctness of all the data fed into the SAP Soft wear at Site & Responsible for the timely dispatch of Data to DHQ
7.Responsible for training and gainful deployment of the Store Staff.
8.Responsible for extensively use the ageing reports to keep a check on the build up of inventory.
9.Responsible for Checking of Tools / Tackles and equipment before dispatch to other sites in coordination with I/C E& P at site to ensure that they are in working condition
10.Responsible for arrange timely disposal of surplus and BER material at site in accordance with Store DHQ Lahore.
