I handled all employee files which consisted of running employees through the attorney generals data base, setting them up with insurance, retirement plans, etc.. I also did bank reconciliations on four accounts and balanced them. That also came with receiving money from different departments in the school and making daily deposits to the bank. I was training in budget so I do have some experience with budgets and making plans for the future year. I currently have several trainings in FML, workmen’s comp, insurance, and I am very familiar with txeis in the school business office. I worked as the deputy Treasurer at the Mitchell County Courthouse for 4 years. I received daily deposits that I entered into our software. I balanced and did bank reconciliations on three different accounts. I handled all employee files and new employee paper work. I presented payroll to get approved during commissioners court.
