● Led UX operations and guided projects E2E across the Selling product design team responsible for the first Native Listing app that was introduced within the Sneakers and Trading Cards listing flow, which included an AI magical listing tool that won the Best Generative AI breakthrough award.

● Created and rolled out a new E2E workflow JIRA tool used in product planning for resourcing requirements for dependent teams which in return allowed teams to preview and forecast resourcing and identify resourcing gaps

● Partnered with product leadership and created requirements for design asks in annual and quarterly planning which prioritize key initiative work streams.

● Create a new project intake framework for introducing new design projects for product teams. This helped teams clearly define requirements, scope and timing for the project/product which helped our team with resource allocation and timing.
